Piedmont Soaring Society, Bahnson Gliderport, is located in Farmington, North Carolina a short distance west of Winston-Salem off Interstate 40.  If you are traveling west on I-40 from Winston-Salem take exit 180 and turn right onto highway 801.   About 4 miles north on Hwy. 801 you will see the white gate on the right.   There is a small PSS sign on the gate.  If you are driving east on I-40 take exit 179.  At the blinking light take a right onto Hwy. 801.  43NC/PSS is one mile east of the intersection at the Farmington Road /Hwy. 801 intersection.  We are located on the left.  Please look for the small PSS sign.  (See map below)  Follow the gravel road to the operations area.  Visiting pilots with gliders and trailers may park and set up south of the visitor parking area.
